The database includes analysis of forensic science examinations in wrongful convictions, including the
732 cases included in this article in the Journal of Forensic Sciences. It also includes near misses, dysfunctional organizational events, and other wrongful convictions (e.g., from outside the United States). Note that access to case coding and comments is limited to paid members or approved, researchers. 

This database includes only wrongful convictions that are associated with claims of false or misleading forensic evidence and focuses primarily on the forensic evidence issues.
